We are a small farm organically growing lavender northeast of Toronto on Scugog Island. At this time we are an online store only and not open to the public for visitation.
After purchasing 50 acres in the early spring of 2016, I had the crazy idea to start a lavender farm. My husband loved the idea and set to work preparing the field for planting. This proved to be not as easy as we had anticipated due to the rocky soil, but after changing the blades on the tractor a few times the rows were ready for planting. With the help of a few awesome family members, 800 wee lavender plants were in the ground.
Of course this had to be one of the driest and hottest summers on record. Not having a well on the property meant having to fill large containers with water and watering these babies by hand every few days for the first couple of months.
I guess I did something right because they all flourished with the exception of two. We also have a mascot we have named Rocky. Rocky was pretty much dead when he was planted but with a little extra TLC he caught up to his siblings in no time.

Please visit our products page to see what we have available at this time. This has been quite a learning experience for us, but we are enjoying every second of the ride.
